Sugar Control is a chef-selected daily meal plan prepared with a lower-sugar, lower-carbohydrate approach that limits added sugar and higher-sugar ingredients. Higher-sugar fruits and ingredients are avoided; small portions of lower-natural-sugar fruit may be used. Each delivery day includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, one vegetarian snack and one protein snack.
If you are considering Sugar Control, this overview covers how the plan works, what you choose, and what our kitchen handles. Wholesome2Go provides chef-prepared meal plans for customers who want less meal planning and cooking. This is not a medical treatment and does not guarantee a specific outcome.
Choosing Sugar Control
Choose a complete daily plan when you want breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks each delivery day, with the kitchen selecting the menu. Sugar Control follows that daily structure with a lower-sugar, lower-carbohydrate approach.
Flex is a separate option if you want to choose delivery days, meal categories and quantities while our kitchen still selects the specific dishes.
Preferences and delivery
Tell us your dislikes and exclusions. Our kitchen uses those registered preferences when selecting the menu and substitutions. We deliver meals on your scheduled delivery days in areas where Wholesome2Go currently delivers. Enter your address on the site to see whether we deliver to your area. Delivery charge remains determined by ZIP during ordering.
You may pause one or more delivery days with at least 48 hours’ notice. A timely pause does not use the delivery-day credit; it remains in your balance.
Optional Auto Renewal
Auto Renewal is optional and is not selected by default. If you choose it, Sugar Control renews for the current package length when 3 or fewer delivery-day credits remain, unless you change or turn off Auto Renewal beforehand.
